Proof that the second England goal wasn’t in

The World Cup has seen it’s fair share of controversy, the latest being in the England vs Germany game in which one of England’s goals was disallowed. Everyone keeps saying that the goal was in, but as an avid World Cup fan and Germany supporter, I have proof that the goal was not in. Sorry England fans, the ref got this one right.
